As part of our month-long International Women’s Day celebrations, we invited special guest, Emma Davies MCIPD, Chief Culture and People Excellence Officer at Masafi, to host a virtual motivational talk for our people across the business - in-line with our Group-wide campaign theme, ‘Women Forging Change in Pursuit of Better’.
Emma shared her journey of personal growth, detailing how she has embraced change to pursue a better life. Drawing from her own experiences, Emma revealed goal setting tools and daily actions that have helped her become a better version of herself and drive tangible changes within business settings, while sharing actionable steps that we can all take towards making a meaningful impact and driving change through diversity, equity and inclusion.
